Project Coordinator
  • Have general knowledge of construction trades and/or  millwork fabrication
  • Set up job folders and familiarizing themselves with the contract and all necessary documentation that will be needed throughout a project
  • Research project materials (where to purchase, cost, lead times and spec requirement compliance)
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Experienced Millworker
  • Must have full understanding of reading architectural millwork drawings.  Know how to relate the elevations, plan views, and detail (section cut) views together in order to complete a project
  • Must be able to sand solid woods and veneers using pneumatic sanders as well as hand sanding
  • Required to know how to set up and use all stationary shop tools and power hand tools in shop
  • Ability to read a cut list, lay up list, as well as follow complicated verbal instructions
  • Identify different species of wood (solids & veneers)
  • Must be available to work 2nd shift:  1:30pm – 10:00pm – overtime as needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
Experienced Millwork Engineer
  • A minimum of 5 years’ millwork engineering experience preferred
  • Strong  knowledge of Microvellum software or  similar cabinet software (i.e. Cabinet Vision, Cad Cam and/or Alpha Cam) to produce detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from architectural plans and specifications
  • Ability to read and understand documents, including the ability to determine the millwork scope requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of building construction methods
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Local to Colorado Springs, CO                                                                        
Experienced Project Manager
  • A minimum of 5 years’ millwork project management experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and take field measurements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time; strong organization and communication
  • Detail oriented, good grammar, good math, self-motivated with a pro-active attitude
  • Strong grasp of AWS standards; raw materials and millwork fabrication methods
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Local to Colorado Springs, CO; good driving record                                                                         
Estimator
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in millwork estimating and 10+ years (preferred) in construction and building industry
  • Bid projects ranging in size from $2,000 – $3M+ and collecting vendor pricing and information for proposal preparation
  • Have an understanding of standard building construction methods to include Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS)
  • Commute daily to our office in Colorado Springs, Colorado
